Jason grew up on golf courses going to work with his PGA Class A professional father, and grew up when the world was switching from analog to digital. Intrigued by computers and technology, and to the dismay of his father, Jason started his adventure in technology by tearing apart his father's work computer to install a faster modem, to play video games...
Working under his father, and other leaders in the golf industry, Jason lived every aspect of golf course operation. From turf management to business operations, starting with picking the driving range as a youth to later managing hundreds of employees and creating profitable, multi-million dollar golf resorts and golf entertainment facilities.
As a course Owner / Operator, his passion is to teach these skills to other Mom and Pop Golf Course Owner operators. So that they can manage their own digital marketing, media creation and improve their facility management with life long skill development.

Candace Chrzan
After decades of experience in leading regional teams in high test sales, Candace made her way into the golf industry and the Chrzan Family.
The years of high test sales and team leadership crafted her ability to create, manage, and execute large scale events. From simple weddings and small gatherings, to multi-day outings ending with luxury evening galas, she can lead teams to handle even the most difficult brides or CEOs.
With events, comes the need for Hospitality. From managing multi room cabins and lodging, to resort operation. Positioning staff to anticipate the needs of guests is crucial, and a skill that she enjoys teaching to other future Hospitality leaders.

The Chrzan family has over 70 combined years in the golf industry. From small privately owned rural 9 hole courses, to regionally marketed resort course operations. Our goal is to assist and educate course owners to give them the power, and knowledge to run a successful operation on their own, and without the need for course management companies.
As course owners and operators, we understand that time gets away from you, and sometimes those things you meant to finish didn't happen. You dont want to hire a full time person for the position but you just wish you had someone who already knows how to do it and help you stay on top of things.
